Committee on Public Health

The Committee on Public Health was composed of faculty members,
the resident physician, the director of physical training, the director
of physiology, and students. The Committee dealt with all aspects
of health on campus, including having safe drinking water and milk,
and repairing leaks in gas lines. The Committee also helped organize
first aid classes, and gave advice on good diets during the World
War I food shortages.
Description of Records:
The records contain annual reports from the Committee which include
lists of members, and brief summaries of discussion and activities.
