Historical Sketch:
The Committee to Consider the Academic and Social Schedule was appointed to investigate possible ways to overcome the midweek congestion. The Committee discussed changing Tuesday-Thursday classes to Tuesday-Thursday-Friday classes as a means of spacing out the work load.

Description of Records:
The records contain one report by the Committee which discusses the busy midweek period in contrast to the uneventful weekends.
