Historical Sketch:
The Committee Appointed to Consider the Shortening of the Midyear Examination Period was established to investigate the possibility of having some courses give annual exams instead of semester exams. However, after a questionnaire polling the faculty was tabulated, the idea was dropped due to lack of support.

Description of Records:
The records contain one report by the Committee which includes arguments for and against a change in the current plan.
