Historical Sketch:
The Faculty Endowment Committee was appointed to aid in the effort to increase the endowment during the 1920s. The Committee proposed a new scale for faculty salaries based on the new endowment.

Description of Records:
The records contain a report, a memo to the faculty, and a note to President Woolley. Information on a proposed new salary scale is included.
