Historical Sketch:
The Schedule Committee was established to determine the best schedule
of classes for the College. It changed from an existing five day
schedule, to one that also included Saturday mornings. The Committee
often surveyed students and faculty to get input and opinions.
Description of Records:
The records include reports, a summary of replies to a questionnaire,
a memoranda, and a proposal for the revision of the five and a half
day schedule. Information includes a background with reasons for
changing to a five and a half day week, a list of requests from
students to drop courses, to take more hours per semester than required,
and to take incompletes, student opinions regarding the schedule,
and alternate plans for scheduling classes.
