Historical Sketch:
The Staff Training Committee was appointed in 1989 by President Kennan to review the training needs of staff members at the College. The Committee administered a needs assessment survey to all staff members.

The records contain one memo from the Committee to all staff at the College. The memo was regarding a needs assessment survey to be administered to all staff.
