Historical Sketch:
The Joint Class Committee met many times a year to discuss student
requests for incompletes, to take more than the usual number of
credits per semester, and to study abroad. The Joint Class Committee
was composed of members from each Class Committee.
Description of Records:
The records contain minutes, reports, recommendations, lists of
Class Advisers, lists of students who left Mount Holyoke due to
illness, and lists of rules and academic standards. Student requests
to the Committee are discussed, as well as standard policies regarding
credits, hours of classes per semester, and failing grades.
