Historical Sketch:
The Library Committee was established in 1898 to allocate library funds to each department at the College. Funds was distributed based on number of faculty, courses offered, graduate students, and new courses offered.

Description of Records:
The records contain minutes, reports, and a summary of responses to a student questionnaire. Minute from 1898-1905 and 1911-1932 are recorded in two notebooks. Information on library needs, schedule, staffing, and financial support is included.
