Agency History/Biographical note:
The Mount Holyoke Club of Westchester was founded in 1936.
Previously Westchester had been part of the New York and Vicinity
Club. Club activities have included fundraising, and social
events. Club members have worked to recruit and financially
support Mount Holyoke students from the Westchester area. The club
has also hosted guest speakers, parties, excursions, and book
clubs.
Scope and Content:
The records are primarily made up of the Westchester Club's meeting
minutes. The collection also includes small amounts of
correspondence, clippings, brochures, programs, and photographs.
