Historical Sketch:
The Conference Office originated independently, but now functions
within Willits-Hallowell Center, the College conference center.
The Office arranges and coordinates a number of outside programs
and events held on campus during the summer.
Description of Records:
The records of the Conference Office include memos; campus announcements;
and brochures. They provide information about the summer conferences,
and the educational and sports programs for high school students
held at Mount Holyoke. The Conference Office coordinates food service,
accommodation and meeting and recreational facilities for these
events and programs.
