Borrowing
Privileges
The Circulation Department maintains accurate records of the status
of all books, periodicals and microforms in the library. The staff
oversees the shelving and physical well being of the items housed
in Williston and the Miles-Smith Library. The desk is staffed all
hours the library
is open. The Circulation Department is located at the entry level
of the Williston Library on the north side of the library court.

Main Library
Mount Holyoke College extends borrowing privileges to:
- Mount Holyoke Alumnae, Students, Faculty, Staff, Faculty and
Staff Partners, Faculty and Staff Children
- Retired Mount Holyoke Faculty and Staff
- Five College Students, Faculty, and Staff
- Mount Holyoke Summer Program Participants
- South Hadley Residents who are at least 18 years old
- Holyoke, Granby and South Hadley Educators (K-12)
- Visiting Scholars

Restrictions on borrowing of art books
(Call numbers N, NA - NK)
All current Mount Holyoke and Five College students, faculty and
staff may borrow Art books directly
from the library. The items in this collection are not requestable
for delivery through the online catalog.
