Best-selling author, activist, and Middlebury College scholar Bill McKibben delivered an evening lecture titled “350--The Most Important Number in the World,” in which he melded his insightful understanding of communities, environmental policy, and climate change into a call for action—and offered alternatives for individual as well as collective engagement with this critical issue.
