Rowers Earn Share of "Lyon of the Week"
Seniors Caitlin Parsley and Jessica Suhowatsky have earned a share of the “Lyon of the Week” award for the week of October 19-25. The duo helped lead the Mount Holyoke crew team to a second place finish at the 2009 Seven Sisters Championship Regatta on Saturday. They were both named to the All-Regatta Team at the event, which took place on the Charles River in Boston, Massachusetts. After ending the day in a deadlock atop the standings with Mount Holyoke at 22 points, host Wellesley was declared champion by virtue of a better finish in the first varsity race.
