Charges
for campus events
Facilities
Management provides maintenance and custodial services for the campus.
Their clean-up services are usually part of campus events.
These services may be arranged for a designated fee through the
reservation process and must be confirmed 13 business days prior
the event. Facilities Management may also be employed for
special projects as needed. Facilities Management will
charge for any services requested if cancellations are not made
at least 5 business days in advance. Facilities Management
will also charge a fee if their staff is required to work overtime
(evenings and weekends).
Chalking
Policy
Mount
Holyoke allows chalking on campus under the following guidelines
Only
erasable chalk may be used (grease-based chalk is not permitted).
Chalking
may be done only on asphalt roads and walkways
Chalking
should be signed with the full name of the person or group responsible.
Other
individuals or groups within the community may alter or respond
to the chalking or remove them.
