Service Requests*
Facilities Management has introduced a web based program for requesting
services. It is our hope that this new system will streamline the
process while making it more responsive and convenient to our community.
This program will allow the user to monitor the current status of
their service request and will automatically notify the user via
email of any status change. Facilities Management anticipates that
this will become the preferred method for requesting services.
Please follow the directions in this booklet and feel free to call
me with questions or suggestions. I can be reached at extension

*System Requirements: Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) ver 5.0 or higher ( Maximo will not work with Firefox, Netscape etc). System must be accessed from an on campus computer.
