Aster novae-angliae
'Purple Dome'
Purple Dome New England Aster
The Aster novae-angliae 'Purple Dome' is the undisputed
star of the fall border. Just when all that seems to be left in
the garden is bronzing foliage and frost-bitten annuals, Aster
novae-angliae 'Purple Dome' asserts it's presence with gorgeous
purple blooms.

Aster novae-angliae
'Purple
Dome'
shows off it's rounded, dwarf habit.
Unlike many of its unruly relatives, Aster novae-angliae
'Purple Dome' is quite well-behaved, staying relatively compact
in size. At 18-24" in height, this dwarf aster deserves a spot
in the front of the border where everyone may enjoy it.
