INTERVIEWING DAY Program
Meet all of your recruiting needs in a single day! The LARC Interviewing Program combines a full-service day of interviewing (for students from the 8 LARC member institutions) plus a traditional job fair (open to ALL students from the LARC institutions and the 4 "guest" Colleges).
Please fill out the on-line registration form and email us job descriptions
and a brief description of your organization so students will review, research
and apply in the weeks before the program. You select the best candidates from
each participating college and we will set up your interview schedule.
It is assumed that Interview Program participants will also participate in the
Job Fair (thus, you will need to send people to staff both, since they occur at
the same time). If you do not plan to attend the Job Fair, you must notify
Eileen Wisnewski at

THE INTERVIEW DAY
Space is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
30 minute interviews may be pre-arranged with your pre-selections from submitted applications from students of the 8 Colleges participating in the interviewing program. If you prefer, you may also fill out a schedule with candidates you meet at the job fair.

EMPLOYER PARTICIPATION FEE
$500 ($250 for NFP's) for job fair + interview space. (Contact us if additional interview space is needed)
Includes lunch for up to 3 people and 1 full interview schedule!
Additional lunches: $25 each
Additional schedules: $100 each

JOB FAIR only program
1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
A chance to meet informally with graduating seniors, recent graduates and underclass students from all 11 colleges seeking jobs and internships.
Please fill out the on-line registration form, sending us a job description and plan for a 3 hour job fair where you can meet with students from all twelve schools to present and showcase your organization.
EMPLOYER PARTICIPATION FEE
$400 ($200 for NFP's) for job fair.
Includes lunch for 2!
Additional lunches: $25 each
