We are an industry leader in customer service; strong, stable and financially secure.

Job Description – Associate Account Manager:

A four-year degree and ability to relocate nationwide are prerequisites.
An excellent benefits program, $3,900 (gross) signing bonus, and relocation package are also provided. Amica prides itself on its internal advancement opportunities, following a strong promote-from-within policy.

Job Title:

Various point of entry positions in the Client Services and Claim Operations departments

Description:
Company Background
Athenahealth seeks to become the most trusted and effective business service for America's healthcare providers. Through our comprehensive Revenue Cycle and Clinical Cycle services, physicians gain more time, money and control over their medical practices. Founded in 1997, the company now serves more than 8,000 medical providers in 32 states and is the largest provider of billing services to office based physicians. The company has been awarded numerous accolades, including making the Inc. 500 list two years in a row. With a total addressable market of more than $20 billion, the company's outlook for growth is very strong. For more information, please visit:  http://www.athenahealth.com ; for recent media about athena (including an article from Sunday's Boston Globe and our CEO's recent appearance on CNBC's Squawk Box), click here: http://www.athenahealth.com/news-and-events/articles.php

Cultural Overview
athena's culture is idealistic, entrepreneurial, and extremely fast paced; a sharp contrast to the culture typically found in medical offices or healthcare service companies.  We aspire to be a diverse team of change agents driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for excellence and a desire to make the administrative processes in healthcare delivery run much better.  And, because athena is a company that emphasizes teaching and learning, employees with aptitude and interest, but little healthcare experience, can still thrive.  Candidates who find this culture appealing should apply.

We have a variety of "Point of Entry" positions available for recent college grads in the following functional areas of our company:

Co-Teacher Program

Greenwich Country Day School is an independent, co-educational day school with 845 students in grades N-9 with a faculty of 125. The curriculum stresses basic preparation in English, mathematics, history, world languages and physical sciences. Electives include choral music, band, instrumental and piano lessons, studio arts, printing, graphic arts, electronic music, carpentry, sewing, photography and drama. Daily physical education for all students including interscholastic teams in grades 6-9, is an integral part of the school program.

The school is situated on 88 acres in central Greenwich, Connecticut, and is divided into three divisions: Upper, Middle, and Lower School, each with its own building and Division Head. Together they contain 54 classrooms, 5 science labs, 2 libraries, 2 auditoriums, 2 art studios, 8 tutoring rooms, 3 computer labs, 2 audiovisual rooms, and facilities equipped for teaching choral music, sewing, printing and carpentry. Other buildings include a dining hall with seating for 450, and 4 gymnasiums. The campus includes 54 faculty apartments and houses, 2 swimming pools, an ice hockey rink, 9 playing fields and 4 new tennis courts.

Greenwich Country Day was founded in 1926 and has, for many years, defined itself as a family school fostering academic excellence. Creative teaching is encouraged and used to motivate young students and foster a love of learning. The school’s emphasis on developing the whole child results in attention to developing strong academic skills, character, values, creativity, and sportsmanship. Many faculty serve as coaches and advisors in addition to teaching.

The Program
The co-teacher program employs 25 college graduates participating in a one or two year experience fostering exploration of the elementary and early childhood teaching profession. Participants explore all aspects of an elementary classroom. Additional responsibilities include either coaching athletic teams in grades 6-9 or working in the “Afters” program in grades 1-3. These after-school activities give co-teachers a chance to work with children of different ages and to broaden their professional experience. A seminar series meets weekly to supplement the classroom experience.

Compensation includes housing, an annual stipend of $23,000, generous medical and dental benefits, and tuition assistance for graduate school. Greenwich, Connecticut is located approximately 30 miles east of New York City. Greenwich is within easy commuting distance to numerous graduate programs.
