S.E.E.D. Program
Student Experiential Education and Development Program

S.E.E.D. is a program for MHC students participating in January or summer internships. Students form a cohort together as they learn and support each other through their internship experience. S.E.E.D. launched in the summer of 2007.
Once a student registers her internship at the CDC, she will be enrolled automatically in S.E.E.D. The cohort group, which is defined by the internship period (summer or January), will be invited to an ella community where Mount Holyoke interns around the world can share experiences, ask questions of a CDC counselor, and learn about internship-related events. Upon returning to campus, there will be a series of workshops for the cohort to help them evaluate their internship experiences.
S.E.E.D. members receive many benefits, including a letter of recommendation from the CDC and eligibility for various recognition opportunities including the Summer Research Symposium and special networking meet-and-greet events with donors and/or alumnae. Participants also will be invited to a welcome back party for interns.
Register your internship online.
