S.E.E.D. Development
The S.E.E.D. program seeks to encourage a MHC intern's professional development by offering services to assist her in learning skills that she can apply during her internship and at her next internship or employment setting. A sampling of the services we provide are:
- Personalized one-on-one post internship career-planning session/exit interview with a CDC counselor
- "Career Counselor on-call" to assist you with self-advocacy you in case you encounter any concerns with your employer
- Opportunity to network with alumnae and employers in your fields of interest
- Participation in a Career Action Team
- Professional presentation skills
