Participating in recruiting is a great way to meet prospective employers and to polish your job search and interviewing skills.

The Career Development Center organizes both on-campus and off-campus interviewing programs for seniors as well as providing internship opportunities. Through our consortia arrangements with the Seven Sister Schools, the Ivy League, and other selective liberal arts colleges, we produce interviewing programs and career fairs in New York, Boston and Washington D.C., hosting both profit and not-for-profit organizations.

In addition, Mount Holyoke students can attend company information sessions and interview at the other Five College campuses: Amherst, Smith, and Hampshire Colleges and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
