Five College Recruiting

Mount Holyoke has a reciprocal recruiting agreement with our four neighboring colleges: Amherst, Smith, and Hampshire Colleges, as well as the University of Massachusetts.

Each school asks its recruiters if they would be willing to open the interviewing schedule to students from the five college consortium. Those organizations that say "yes" will be advertised as a part of our on-campus recruiting programs. See the "On-Campus Recruiting Notebook" in the CDC library for listings. The actual interviews will be at one of the other campuses, but cover letters and resumes are submitted through the CDC.

When participating in Five College recruiting:

• Pay careful attention to resume collection dates
• Be realistic about the travel time needed to reach your interviews
