Almara Grants

Almara Grants are for non-seniors who are History majors or minors. Established by an alumna, these are meant to encourage independent research in history by students. Recent awards have ranged between $50 and $1000, and have helped Mount Holyoke undergraduates to conduct interviews or research in a variety of places, including Washington D.C., Harvard University, New York City, Bangladesh, France, and South Africa.
