The Celebration of
Student Achievement, set for Monday, February 10, in Pratt Hall's
McCulloch Auditorium, will offer not only the opportunity to recognize
leadership by students and recent graduates (as demonstrated through
academic excellence, community service, and outstanding accomplishment),
but also the chance to see the stunning renovation of Carr Laboratory,
which recently reopened for classes, labs, and research. Following
a ceremony at Pratt that begins at 4 pm, attendees will make their
way to Kendade Hall's Marion Craig Potter '49 Atrium,
where a reception will be held at 5 pm. During the reception,
tours of Carr, home of the College's chemistry department
and part of the new science center, will be offered. All events
are open to the entire College community. more>
