Crowning Glory Kendade Hall Gets Dome

In a weighty operation that took place Tuesday, a special 100-ton crane was brought in to place a 14-ton dome atop the new science center's hub, Kendade Hall. With the addition of the dome, the building's tower now stands at 57 feet. To watch the dome raising, visit http://www.mtholyoke.edu/go/webcams and click on "Raising the Tower Dome" at the bottom of the page.
