Spring Free from Smoking! This six-session program will help smokers quit by teaching coping skills and withdrawal techniques and creating a support network. Nicotine replacement therapy (patches) will be available. Presented by Tapestry Health, the Granby–South Hadley Tobacco Control Program, and Mount Holyoke College Health Services, the program has a sliding-scale fee (low cost to free).
