Spring Free from
Smoking! This six-session program will help smokers quit by
teaching coping skills and withdrawal techniques and creating
a support network. Nicotine replacement therapy (patches) will
be available. Presented by Tapestry Health, the GranbySouth
Hadley Tobacco Control Program, and Mount Holyoke College Health
Services, the program has a sliding-scale fee (low cost to free).
It's open to students, staff, faculty, and the general public.
To preregister call Carl at Tapestry, 586-2016, x169. Note: You
can miss the first session because of spring break, but you must
