The Israeli–Palestinian Conflict: What Is the Path to Peace? This forum will explore the underlying causes of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict and will seek to identify possible steps toward its resolution. Panelists will discuss the Israeli and Palestinian perspectives and the role the U.S. should play. Rozin, former editor of the journal Appetite, will discuss the acquisition of preferences and aversions, determinants of cuisine, universal human predispositions with respect to food and major sociocultural variants, disgust, the entry of moral concerns into food attitudes, and the regulation of food intake.
