Globe-Trotting Economists MHC economics professors have been teaching around the globe in recent years. John Rapoport will soon join Robert Robertson, professor emeritus of economics in Grenada, where the two professors will teach a course titled Health Economics and Financing for students in the public health doctoral program at St. George's University. Satyananda Gabriel taught graduate seminars in economic development, public finance, and macroeconomics from 1996 to 1998 at Nanjing University, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, while Fred Moseley taught a graduate seminar at the National University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico) for two years (1995 - 96 and 1996 - 97) on recent developments in Marxian economic theory. During the summer of 1999, Jens Christiansen ventured to southern India where he lectured on European integration at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.
