An Equestrian High Point On April 2, at an MHC-hosted equestrian show, Sue Cooper '01 finished as "high point rider" of the region, obtaining the most year-end points of all riders competing in the highest level of intercollegiate riding. She automatically qualifies to ride in the prestigious Cacchione Cup at the National Intercollegiate Championships this May in Georgia. Cooper's greatest competition was two other MHC riders, team captain Andrea Bill '01 and team manager Camille O'Donnell '02. The three riders, who are not only teammates but good friends, were all striving to win. They each approached the final show with an independent desire for success but also with a significant team commitment. Bill still has a chance to qualify for the national championships based on her performance this Saturday.
