Seventy-ninth Glascock Intercollegiate Poetry Competition Student contestants from Colby College, Brandeis University, Hampshire College, University of Connecticut, Vassar College, and Mount Holyoke. Gamble Auditorium, *Art Building, 8 pm.

"Proof of Things Invisible" Architect Daniel Libeskind, designer of the award-winning Jewish Museum Berlin, will speak about his current design projects and the meaning of architecture in the twenty-first century. Following Libeskind's talk, the architect will have a conversation with James Young, chair, Department of Judaic and Near Eastern Studies at the University of Massachusetts.
