Extensions for Incomplete Work
Faculty Legislation stipulates that an instructor may report
a student’s work as incomplete only if the student has been
given an excuse by the director of the Health Center or the dean
of the College because of an emergency. This means that instructors
may not accept exams or papers due in lieu of exams, after noon
on Thursday, May 13 (Wednesday, May 12, for seniors), unless authorized
by the director of Health Services for medical reasons, or one
of the academic deans in the dean of the College’s office
for unforeseen emergencies. All other course work must be turned
in by Tuesday, May 4, the last day of classes.
