Directory Update
Updates
to campus telephone directory information are done by the individual
via the Web form at www.mtholyoke.edu/go/teldir.
By signing in with your username and password, you are validating
the changes as ones that you want to make for next academic
year. Even if you don’t think you have any changes to make, please
check to be sure all of the information is correct. All changes
will be fed automatically into the production of next year’s
directory from this online form. If no changes are received
by the July 8 deadline, your current information will be repeated
in the paper telephone directory to be distributed in September.
If you encounter difficulties with the Web form, please contact phonedir@mtholyoke.edu.
When
departmental assistants have telephone and office room numbers
for new faculty and/or staff, this information
should be sent to
phonedir@mtholyoke.edu.
Please include both the full name and the MHC email name. Please
pass this information along to members of your department.
