Employee Scholarship Fund
The Mount Holyoke Staff Council is pleased to oversee the Employee
Scholarship Fund, which was established in honor of former President
David B. Truman. A minimum of $200 each year is awarded to a qualified
daughter, son, or other dependent child of a Mount Holyoke employee
who will not receive any other assistance from the College for
tuition costs. The scholarship is to be used to offset the cost
of education at an accredited school for postsecondary education.
Candidates must be high school seniors. Determining factors include
educational goals, high school achievement, and character. A committee
of Staff Council members will evaluate applications. Pick up applications
at the receptionist desk, 16 Skinner Hall, or call Shelley Richard,
x2415, and she will send you an application via email attachment.
The extended deadline for submission of applications is June 15.
