"Greeks and Romans in Ancient India: Indian Reactions" Lecture by Romila Thapar, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. Professor Thapar, former scholar-in-residence at Mount Holyoke and the Five Colleges, received an honorary doctorate in humane letters from Mount Holyoke in 1992 and is the author of numerous publications on ancient Indian history.
