New Plan Debuts: Discussion Begins

The first iteration of The Plan for Mount Holyoke 2010, the strategic plan that will take up where the successful Plan for Mount Holyoke 2003 left off, is here. President Joanne V. Creighton encourages all members of the community to read the plan and to share reactions, suggestions, and thoughts. View the draft of the plan that will carry the College through the first decade of the twenty-first century, and contribute your ideas, at www.mtholyoke.edu/committees/planning/index.shtml. Email your responses to ideas@mtholyoke.edu or send them by campus mail to the president's office, c/o "planning." If you would like a printed copy of the plan, call the president's office at x2500.

Creighton will host a series of teas this fall to engage students in a dialogue about the new plan. Teas are set for the following days and locations: Wednesday, October 16, in Mead Hall; Monday, November 4, in North Rockefeller Hall; Wednesday, November 13, in Pearsons Hall; and Monday, December 9, in Ham Hall. All teas will begin at 4 pm.
