Five College Coastal and Marine Sciences Field Course Informational Meeting
This three-credit course, to be offered on Saint John Island (one of the Virgin Islands), March 15–24, 2002 (spring break), will be an opportunity to study coral reef systems as well as identification, ecology, and behavior of the island’s plants, invertebrates, birds, and fish. For information contact Bruce Byers, bbyers@bio.umass.edu, or Mona Koenig-Kroner, mkoenig@smith.edu. Today’s meeting is at Smith College, Room 102, Engineering Building, 7:30 pm. A second meeting will be held 10/11 at 4:30 pm at UMass.
