Course Drop Deadline Friday, November 17, is the last day for all students to drop a course. Drop forms, which are available in the registrar's office, must be returned with all appropriate signatures by the drop deadline.

Ungraded Option Deadline for the Class of 2004 Friday, November 17, is the last day for students in the class of 2004 to elect an ungraded option. Forms are available in the registrar's office and must be filed by the deadline.

Leave of Absence Deadline for Spring 2001 Wednesday, November 15, is the last day to apply for an academic leave of absence for spring 2001. For study abroad, including Canada, please use the study abroad application in the study abroad library located on the third floor of Mary Lyon Hall. For study in the United States, please use the academic leave of absence application available in the registrar's office, 6 Mary Lyon Hall. The form is also available online at www.mtholyoke.edu/offices/reg/indexforms.shtml.

Considering a J-Term Internship?
It is a wonderful opportunity to experiment with your career goals and aspirations. The experience you gain in three weeks will enhance your résumé and increase your competitiveness for summer internships and jobs. You still have time to research and obtain a January-Term internship, but you will need to work quickly to make the December 8 registration deadline. In the CDC library, consult the January Internship listings 2001 notebooks, which list sponsors who have expressed interest in having students from Mount Holyoke as interns.
