Human resources will be able to coordinate scheduled appointments with Allen. Unscheduled visits, i.e., walk-ins, are welcome any time between 12:30 and 2:30 pm, though priority will be given to people with appointments. Call x2503 to schedule an appointment. Those who need appointments after 2:30 pm will be accommodated until 3:30 pm.

1996-97 College Holiday Schedule Unchanged

The Staff Council has completed a campus survey on the College office holiday schedule for fiscal year 1996-97, distributed in response to questions that had been raised about the days designated as holidays surrounding Christmas day. The survey results indicate no strong preference to change the original schedule. Given that some may have already made plans based on the original schedule, no changes will be made to it. In the future, community input will be taken into consideration in deciding the College holiday schedule. If you have any questions, contact human resources at x2503.

One-Way Streets

The Department of Public Safety has received complaints from members of the community about the use of one-way streets on campus. Roadways marked One Way or labeled with a Do Not Enter sign are designated as such for safety reasons. We ask that everyone obey these traffic signals at all times. Many of these roadways are narrow and can only safely accommodate one lane of traffic. Anyone with questions about campus roadways can contact public safety at x2304.

Students

January Term General Bills

January general bills will be sent to your residential address. If you will be on campus or at an address other than your regular residence, send a note or email to the student accounts office (jquinlan or dlusigna), and we will send bills to that address during January only. January bills will be due on February 7.
