Charlayne Hunter-Gault Visits

Charlayne Hunter-Gault talks informally with students and President Creighton at a dinner before her February 16 lecture. As the first African American woman at the University of Georgia, she braved taunts and bottles and rocks hurled at her to graduate in 1962 and work her way up in the field of journalism.
