Exhibition Vampires, Goblins, and Pooh, oh my! Prepared by Mallanye Lackey '98. Features a selection of pop-up and fold-out children's books drawn from the Juvenile Collection of Special Collections. On display through January 31, Special Collections Reading Room, Miles-Smith Library.
Exhibition Gotta-have-it Ancient Inspiration: Artist Books by William Schade. Originally a printmaker, William Schade now makes artist's books and scrolls as well as paintings and sculpture, all in a witty, charming, and whimsical fashion. The themes frequently involve animals, whether real or imagined, and are inspired by fictive ancient texts that exist only in the mind of the artist. On display through January 25, Art Museum, Tuesday-Friday, 11 am-5 pm. Saturday-Sunday, 1-5 pm.

Music Performance Victoria/Victorian Amherst-based chamber choir, Da Camera, and guests observe the 450th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Luis de Victoria and the 150th anniversary of the birth of Hubert Parry with music for voices and early instruments, and nineteenth-century works by Parry and other British Victorian composers.
