Exhibition Mount Holyoke Valentines will feature nineteenth and twentieth century valentines from Special Collections. They reflect Mount Holyoke's connection to the founder of the commercial valentine industry in the United States, Esther Howland, class of 1847. On display through February 19. Archives, Dwight Hall, Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; Wednesday 9 am-9 pm.

Exhibition Shouts from the Wall: Posters and Photographs Brought Back from the Spanish Civil War by American Volunteers. On display through March 13. Art Museum, Tuesday-Friday, 11 am-5 pm; Saturday-Sunday, 1-5 pm.

Exhibition Abstract Designs from the Earth features a selection of dazzling cibachrome photographs of minerals and rocks taken from thin slices of these materials, sawn at angles to reveal designs that sometimes resemble miniature desert scenes or plant-like forms.
