The CSJ calendar is now being compiled by a computer program used by the Office of Student Activities for room reservations and event scheduling. (Previously it was necessary to retype all events based on information submitted to both student activities and the communications office.) The new system is much more efficient, but events will appear in a slightly different format.
It is crucial that all calendar listings be sent to Cindy Benoit in Student Activities in Blanchard by the 3 pm deadline each Friday. Even if you don't need to reserve a room or need other services for your event, you must give information to Cindy if you want it to appear in the CSJ calendar.
Only notices (items that don't involve events) should be sent to Emily Weir (eweir@mtholyoke.edu) in the Office of Communications.
