Deadline for submitting calendar events and notices is Friday at noon one week before publication. Calendar items must be submited to the facilities scheduler in the Office of Conference and Events Services, located at the Willits-Hallowell Center, by noon on Friday of the week before publication. Notices should be sent, also by Friday at noon, to Sarah Barrett in the Office of Communications, Mary Woolley Hall. The editor reserves the right to edit or reject all submissions.
