Sycamores Open House
This historic center-chimney Colonial house was built in 1788 by Colonel Ruggles Woodbridge. It was a College dormitory for some 800 women from 1915 to 1969 before being sold to the South Hadley Historical Society in 1998. The society is restoring the house as a museum and will devote the third floor to typical dormitory rooms of the last century. Professor Emeritus of Chemistry Ken Williamson hosts this open house. Route 116, 28 Woodbridge Street, 1 pm.

Please begin lining up no later than 8:45 am and don’t forget your white clothes! Parade will take place (rain or shine--clear ponchos will be provided). Marchers not wishing to walk in the event of rain have the option of waiting in Chapin Auditorium where the Alumnae Association Annual Meeting will be redirected from Richard Glenn Gettell Amphitheater. Alumnae Parade
While the Quaboag Highlanders pipeband plays, loyalty classes in antique cars lead the parade, followed by alumnae classes, alumnae relatives, certificate, degree, and graduate students, and seniors carrying the Laurel Chain. Abbey/Buckland Green, 9 am.

One Hundred Thirty-fourth Alumnae Association Annual Meeting

An archivist will be available to answer questions about College history, show items from the collections, and accept donations of archival materials. Archives lobby, *Dwight Hall, 1 pm.

Formerly the Alumnae Daughter Program, this event is geared toward all students who will be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school in the fall of this year, and are beginning to think seriously about college. Learn more about Mount Holyoke and the other colleges of the Five College Consortium. Office of Admission, Newhall Center, 1 pm.
