Conference & Event Services
Conference Services is
the support team for numerous conferences, camps and programs held
on
the Mount Holyoke College campus. Conference
Services works to ensure the success of these programs through coordination
of facilities use, meals and other special needs of each program.
Event Services acts
as the liaison between service departments and the greater campus community.
We reserve campus spaces and coordinate services
for events, such
as media and
Facilities
Management needs. The Event Services Office also provides publicity
for events
by posting to the MHC
Events Calendar and the Five
College Calendar.
The
Willits-Hallowell Conference Center is
a year-round, full-service conference and banquet facility for
use by the Mount Holyoke community, members of the Five College
consortium,
and other organizations whose event is not-for-profit in nature,
and of educational benefit. Willits-Hallowell offers several meeting
and
dining rooms as well as 20 overnight guestrooms.
