Your Event
Event Services provides publicity for events by posting to the MHC Events
Calendar as well as the Five
College Calendar (for events taking place on the Mount Holyoke College campus only).
Departments that would like their event to appear on either calendar, please submit the
following
information to Event Services:
• Event Date
• Start Time and End Time
• Title of Event
• Event Location
• Event Description
• Event URL
• Event Admission Fee (Free or Cost)
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for an event to post to either calendar.
STUDENT EVENTS must be properly registered using the Student Programs Event Registration Form before they can be listed on the MHC Events Calendar or Five College Calendar. Information provided on the ERF will then be submitted for calendar postings.
