Women of Color Support Group This group provides an opportunity for women of diverse cultural backgrounds including but not limited to African, African American, Asian, Biracial/Multiracial, Latina, Middle Eastern, Native American, and Pacific Islander to connect with other women of color on the Mount Holyoke campus. The focus of the group is to explore and support one another in meeting the challenges and celebrating the complexities that are presented by managing multiple identities in our society.

Eating Issues Group A group for women who want to decrease food and weight preoccupations, alter negative eating and exercise patterns, and enhance self-esteem from the inside out. Emphasis will be placed on: identifying underlying dynamics that fuel eating issues, challenging unrealistic ideals, and developing healthier coping strategies.

Grief Support Group This group offers support for students who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The loss of a family member, friend, or significant other is a monumental event especially for young people. This group will provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support in a non-judgmental environment. It will allow students to explore their many thoughts and feelings about grief in a way that helps develop self-compassion. The group will meet weekly for six weeks with an option of continuing on through the semester

Interpersonal Relationships Support Group
This group is open to MHC students who are interested in exploring their relationships with others. Students who struggle with assertiveness, intimacy, shyness, self-confidence, or other relational concerns are welcome. This group offers a unique opportunity to get feedback from others and practice alternative relational skills and strategies.

FP Workshops The Mindful Self Workshop
This two-hour workshop is open to a unique set of Mount Holyoke women who are navigating the terrain of non-traditional student life. The workshop will guide students through self-reflection and experiential exercises that explore all areas of life and discover what is working and what is not. Group members will be encouraged to devise action steps that support their individual needs and align their energies and strengths with personal, professional, and academic goals. The Joy of Journaling Workshop
The personal journal is a roadmap which marks the passage of our lives and our lessons. It is a powerful tool for healing past wounds and resolving present struggles. Learn how to journal in new and fascinating ways which are creative and therapeutic - and FUN! The workshop will be offered over three consecutive weeks. Date, Day, and Time: TBA
