Public Safety Update

Below is a final update on the case involving sexually and racially harassing phone calls made to a student on November 13 & 14, 2004.

The case was forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. The District Attorney decided after reviewing the case that there was not enough evidence to bring forth charges, but decided to file the case for six months. If there were any further complaints during that period, the District Attorney would then issue an arrest warrant. No further complaints were filed, and no arrest warrant was issued. The District Attorney's Office considers the case now closed.
