Facilities—$30 million
Our students’ education is not confined to the
classroom and laboratories but is woven through the
fabric of daily life. Over the last decade, the College
has undertaken the most extensive building and renovation
program in its recent history. In order to remain competitive,
we must continue this effort.
New Residence Hall—$15
million
A priority for this Campaign, the new 180-bed residence
hall opened its doors to students in September of 2008. While in harmony with the traditional beauty of the College, this "green" residence hall is MHC's third LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building.

Updated Athletic Facilities—$15
million
Our other priority is updating the athletic facilities. An outdoor track and synthetic turf field with lights debuted in October of 2007.
Renovations to Kendall Sports and Dance Complex included new dance studios and a state-of-the-art fitness center which opened in September 2009.
