Prospect - Culinary Showcase

Renovated in the Fall of 2000, Prospect Dining Hall's location
gives students the option of seasonal outdoor dining by the lake,
and, in addition to our regular menu, offers the "culinary showcase"
for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The culinary showcase is located
in the dining room where staff members prepare and serve your menu
selections. Students also get to choose from a variety of toppings
and accompaniments to complement their meal. Since the showcase
options are so versatile, the creations are endless! One can expect
to see selections like a wok, stir fry, or sauté' station, carving
station, pasta bar, soup/noodle bar, waffle, pancake, French toast
station, pizza, create-your-own bars and more!
In the Fall of 2004, Prospect introduced its new and very
extensive salad bar where students and guests can create endless
combinations of salads with over 55 items from which to choose for
their salad creations every day.
